A 1400 N roller, about 143 kg, run for 60,000 strokes, recorded on the certificate as 30,000 cycles because the roller returns. That is equal to ten years at eight hours a night. Height loss was 0.16 inch, recorded as 3.9 mm. Our guarantee triggers at 1 inch, so the tested result sits well inside the threshold we replace against.
