In fact, around 80% of Malaysia's furniture production is exported to the US, Europe, Japan, and Australia. However, the high-quality furniture that is exported is then re-imported to Singapore and sold at a premium price.

Export quality is crucial because furniture that meets the strict standards for safety, durability, sustainability, and hazard-free materials is required for export, as well as contemporary and ever-evolving design styles.

The slats of the bed frame are made of LVL (laminated veneer lumber), a material that is stronger than conventional lumber, and can withstand warp, twist, bow, or shrink.

The legs and frames are made of eco-friendly rubberwood, a medium-density hardwood that is stronger than typical pinewood. Rubberwood is environmentally friendly because it uses plantation trees that have already served a useful function.

The bed frame can support up to 200kg for Single & Super Single sizes and 400kg for Queen & King sizes.

Assembly is not included. Assembly with a drill is recommended for a quicker and easier setup. An assembly guide is provided inside to assist with the process.
